Fifty round wooden pins, turned from birch and left plain in a light brown. At 4.3 inches long and 0.5 inches in diameter they are larger and heavier than a standard peg, which is what lets them hold on an outdoor line in a breeze.
On a washing line they take sheets and heavy towels; indoors they clip a rack full of shirts, pin a photograph to a string, or hold a snack bag shut in a pantry.
They are just as popular away from the laundry. Crafters, teachers and students use them for peg dolls, classroom projects and home decor, and untreated birch takes paint, glue and marker pen without sealing first. What is inside: 50 natural wooden pins.
