Yes. The tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier, so you can follow it from dispatch to your door.

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item, within 30 days of delivery. Transit damage needs to be reported within 72 hours with photos. We do not take change-of-mind returns.

On an approved return we cover the return shipping. Once the item is back and inspected, the refund goes to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
